Information We Collect
We collect personal data (name, email, phone, company role) when you register for training, download resources, or contact us. We also collect usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on site, via cookies and similar technologies. We never collect sensitive categories like health or biometric data unless explicitly required for a program (with consent).
Purpose of Processing
- Service delivery: scheduling, billing, and training execution
- Communication: updates on appointments, policy changes, and relevant product news (opt-out available)
- Analytics: improving website UX and measuring engagement with our content
- Legal compliance: record-keeping under applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Data Sharing & International Transfers
We share data only with vetted sub-processors: CRM (Salesforce), email delivery (SendGrid), and scheduling (Calendly). All have DPA agreements. Transfers outside your jurisdiction are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent adequacy decisions. We never sell personal data.
Data Retention & Security
We retain data for the duration of the client relationship plus 3 years for audit purposes. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 during transmission. Access is role-based and logged. Regular penetration tests are performed by an external QSA.
Your Rights
Under GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Under CCPA: opt-out of sale (we don’t engage in sale), access, and deletion. To exercise rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
